Food Network celebrities Patrick (Pat) and Gina Neely are successful examples of hard work, a great opportunity and strong business savvy. They are the co-owners of Neely's Bar-B-Que restaurant in downtown Memphis,Tennessee and Neely's Barbecue Parlor in New York City.
